Current Status of Support Tickets for Digital Services

InToX: “We do check all your tickets, but there are hundreds of tickets and they do not have instant answers for every single case that emerge. The new services are still in beta and there are a lot of very different cases which are then reported to the dev team, which then need to decide what to investigate first etc etc. We absolutely understand that, specifically when real money is engaged, those topics can be stressful for our players. Furthermore this is bank holiday in France, which does not help. I know it does not help solving your issues, but we read you and we do not take them lightly.”

In short: They have the feedback, the support team is just really understaffed.

World Championship Qualifiers

Cédric: “our Canadian partner will be Imaginaires”

Cédric: “They will be able to share more info very soon on what they will propose”

Contrary to the original post the Canadian partner for the World Championship Qualifiers is Imaginaires, not Games & Stuff.

Tumult Championship

Cédric: “You will not be penalized. Ideadlly we would have preferred to have all of them done by May 11th buuut kits were late and there were some many external factors. The only thing is your tumult result will not be able to be counted in the Kuraokami lore event as the backoffice calculation will be done next week.”

Stores will not be penalized for holding their TC after 11.05.2025 but their result will not count for the Kuraokami Community Event.
