📣 ASGARTHANS, ALTERED NEEDS YOU

Beyond your financial contributions in stores or on Gamefound, you can also help spread the word about Altered. To do so, come and contribute to BoardGameGeek, THE international reference site for board games. This platform is an excellent showcase for reaching an audience that is a good target for Altered (Gamefound and beyond). There are several actions you can take to help:

Make Gamefound more visible and attractive
Show more generally that the game Altered is alive and well and appreciated

Create an account or log in to the site https://boardgamegeek.com/ then go to the links below:

Like Gamefound, the various Altered sets, and the available video content

Add SET5-Gamefound to your BGG wish list and set it to Pre-Order status in your collection

Write positive reviews of Altered

For rankings, you need to be objective and, if possible, provide reasons in your comments. Giving all sets a score of 10 without any explanation can undermine the credibility of the ratings.
Give positive ratings, of course, but explain why. An 8/9 supported by comments is better than a 10 without any comments. Personally, I don’t think Trial by Frost deserves a 10, for example.

Identify relevant content

Tutorials, deckbuilding, set reviews, etc. to post in the videos for the associated set
Given BGG’s rules regarding recent content (less than 10 days old), ask the content creator to post it themselves, explaining the process to them. This is a win-win situation for both parties.

Start relevant forum threads (e.g., listing Altered fanbase sites, tools, lore, etc.)

Content creators, you can post your work on BGG to improve the visibility of Altered and yourself.
