Altered’s Seeds of Unity Gamefound campaign added stretch goals offering additional bonuses per display box, while also crossing the $500,000 (about 432,000 euros) mark. The preorder period runs from Oct. 28-Nov. 7.

Stretch goals

The first stretch goal, unlocked at 500,000 euros (about $579,000), adds a Skybound Odyssey organized play promo booster as a box topper to each display box distributed through the campaign. The second stretch goal, unlocked at 650,000 euros (about $752,000) supplies a random SEEDS unique to each display box, again as a box topper. Notably, each of these stretch goals will also be supplied to orders made by local game stores once unlocked as well, according to InTox on the official Discord server.

Each display already also contains a box topper with one full art card from either Beyond the Gates or Trial by Frost. Those full art cards make up a collection of 12 commons and rares.

Additionally, special boosters appear in SEEDS displays at an even higher rate, landing at one out of every 144, rather than one out of 200. Those boosters include six rares, five uniques, one of the new Exalted rarity and one token. Each card in special booster is foil.

If the 650,000-euro milestone is reached, there could be “more surprises in store,” according to an Oct. 30 update to the Gamefound page.

The initial goal for the campaign of 50,000 euros (about $58,000) was met in 8 minutes and 57 seconds.

Faction updates and preorders

Additional details on the mechanics for each faction have been shared in new articles over the last few days on the official news feed, including Muna and Ordis, Axiom and Bravos, and Lyra and Yzmir. Though the SEEDS displays get the primary benefits from the goals, the tiers include plenty of additional options such as starter decks with brand-new heroes in Axiom, Muna and Ordis. Organized play promo boosters from previous sets are available with earlier displays. Add-ons include two new playmats, sleeves, pins and Woollyback plushes. While the add-ons require at least one preorder, joining onto a friend’s order also works.
