Note that I leave out information for spoilers regarding Whispers from the Maze (WftM) as you can find any collected spoilers on our very own spoiler site! You can also find most (if not all) of Lokinox’ messages for reveals and teasing this week in the official WftM Discord channel!

More Profile Options

Mün: “Not at this time, unfortunately. Our current focus is on some major initiatives, including the marketplace and the podcast. We’ll definitely keep it in mind for the future, though!”

Unfortunately simple profile customization options are taking a back seat to improving the digital services.

WftM Demo Deck Tournament

InToX: “BGA does not allow 1024
And we are also limited by the staff we can gather to handle a tournament this size. BGA is not a perfect tool for competitive play, far from it, and we have to gain experience using it to understand all the possible loopholes and react accordingly. This first 512 tournament on BGA is a real test for us before we use BGA for the online world championship qualifiers.”

An explanation was given why the tournament size was limited to such a “low” number that was fully reserved rather quickly.

Rules Update

Maverick: “The most interesting changes are already known to all, the CR will mostly formalize them! But there will be a section dedicated to listing the changes from the previous version this time”

The next version of the Comprehensive/Complete Rules will feature a much requested changelog. Other additions will include the new keywords and the Check Victory effect.
