Before you can do anything with the digital services of the platform that Equinox offers for Altered you have to charge your wallet with money from a bank card.

But note this important legal and financial information: You can only withdraw earnings from your wallet. If you do not sell any cards you cannot withdraw the money you used to top-up your account.

Verifying your account for top-up contains several steps with sensitive data so we cannot show them here for obvious reasons.

Once you have added a bank card to your account navigate to your account area where you will see the following menu items:

There click on the option My Balance in the section My Wallet:

In the top box click on Refill, a box will open with several refill options:

Select an option or enter your desired custom amount and click Confirm:

Select the payment method for the refill:

Confirm your payment and proceed with the payment platform:

If successful you will see the following message at the top of your screen:

You will also get a notification informing you about the top-up:

Congratulations, you are now able to go shopping and printing!
