This article will show you how to manage your wallet for use on the Altered platform. The balance in your wallet will be used to buy cards and order your cards from the print on demand service.

Unlocking your wallet

Before you can do anything with your wallet you must go to Unlock my wallet in the account menu and follow the instructions.
Since this steps involves a lot of personal information we will not provide screenshots here for obvious reasons – just follow the instructions on screen to unlock the wallet.

Accessing your wallet

You can access your wallet from the account menu quick menu at the top right:

Here you have several menu items:

• My Balance
• Transfers my earnings
• Payment methods
• Unlock my wallet

My Balance

Your balance is split into cumulative balance, refills and earnings:

• Cumulative balance – Refills + Earnings. The total amount you can spend on buying and printing cards.
• Refills – The amount of money you transferred from your bank card via top-up that can only be spent, and not withdrawn.
• Earnings – Money earned from sales that can be withdrawn to your bank account or spent.

Transfer my earnings

Here you can transfer the full amount of your earnings to bank account for a fee.

Click Transfer to proceed to the Transfert my earnings dialogue:

Payment methods

In this menu you see all the payment methods you have added to your account:

To add a new payment method just click Add payment method to open the dialogue:

Select the only option to get to the Your payout method dialogue where you can enter the necessary data. Then click Validate to save the method:

Congratulations, you are now all set to top-up your wallet!
